In the previous version of Microsoft Word you just have to press the Shift key and hold it when you click on the File menu and the menu displays the Save All and Close All commands. 在先前的版本的Microsoft Word你一定要按下Shift键，按住它当您单击在文件菜单上和菜单上显示全部保存并关闭所有的命令。 This is a pretty handy trick. 这是一个相当方便的伎俩。
