Today’s Word Tip and Trick is a pretty cool one. Remember yesterday that I was telling you that we talked about the ease of quickkey’s and that they are an essential part of the Office Suite. Well today I have another very cool trick.
If I’m not mistaken I’ve read about this Trick the first time on Office Users.org. Office User.org is the site of Tricia Goss and she’s amazing with Office. I’ve never spoken to her before but telling from her newsletter she’s a real nice lady too. If you are reading this you might want to investigate Office Users.org too. It’s a paid membership site but they have a very inspirational free newsletter.
Okay back to topic now: the Quickkey can be used for quickly moving and altering words, sentences and complete paragraphs.
What you do is you put your mouse cursor somewhere in the sentence or paragraph and press SHIFT+ALT and hold it and while holding you use the arrow keys. SHIFT+ALT and the up and down arrow will help you move the sentence and left and right will toggle between styles.
I use this Quickkey lot as you can understand; It’s really a fun and useful one so now don’t forget it hé!
