Here are a few posts the other readers recommend you check out.

Today’s Vista Tip and Trick is a trick with a quick key to show the mouse when you’ve lost him.

From time to time the mouse pointer on a Windows Vista system may be hard to find. You can display mouse pointer trails, but I’m not a big fan of this Vista option.

The option which I like a lot more then the trails option is a feature whereby pressing the Ctrl key briefly displays an animated circle around the mouse pointer’s position. Even if the mouse pointer is hidden on the sides of the screen, this quick key makes it much easier to spot.

Set a quick key to show your lost mouse.

  • Click on the Windows button.
  • And select your Control Panel.

  • Now you need to select the Mouse.

  • Now the Mouse Properties should be opened and you should go to the tab Pointer Options.
  • Now you can select the option "Show location of pointer when I press the CTRL key".

I hope you’ll enjoy this quick key and that you (and I) are not going to lose your mouse anymore.
