Here are a few posts the other readers recommend you check out.

And we are continuing the series Outlook Optimizing Tutorials. However… it’s not really optimizing Outlook, it has more to do with working smarter.

Quickkey’s and Hotkeys are an essential part of the Office programs. We have articles with hotkeys every week, if not every day but our most popular articles are by far the “30 most used keyboard combinations/shortcuts” for Word and for Excel.

Here’s a list with keyboard combinations for Microsoft Outlook navigation panes.

ALT+F1 - Enable/Disable the Navigation Pane

CTRL+1 - Mail Navigation

CTRL+2 - Calendar Navigation

CTRL+3 - Contacts Navigation

CTRL+4 - Tasks Navigation

CTRL+5 - Notes Navigation

CTRL+6 - Folder List Navigation

CTRL+7 - Shortcuts Navigation

CTRL+8 - Journal Navigation

And that’s it for today; I hope you’ve found this Outlook Tip useful.
