Computer Tips, Tricks, Tweaks and Tutorials - Outlook Optimizing Tutorials nr.3: Arrange and Add Separator to your Toolbar.

It’s Wednesday and it’s time for another Outlook tutorial. The first two where about Adding and Removing Buttons From Your Toolbar and how to create a Button for Generating Already Addressed E-mails.

Today I want to show you how you can arrange them and how you can group them the way you want them to be.

Take the following steps to arrange and add separators to your toolbar.

Mine looks like this now.

First you’ll need to place your toolbar in edit mode by right clicking on a empty spot in your toolbar.

Then drag them to a place you desire. If you drag them out of your toolbar and release the mouse you’ll remove the buttons from the toolbar, so be careful with this;).

If you want to group them you have to select the first (left) in the group and right click on it and select Begin a Group.

Now click on close and you have your toolbar grouped how you like it.

I hope you enjoyed this Tip and I’ll talk you all tomorrow. Bye bye
