Now that we have the blog up and running again, like before the ISP break-down it’s time to really get back to normal and this also includes starting again with the Outlook Wednesday’s.
Here is a short list of the past Wednesday tutorials. Next week it’s time for number 11 and here are the first 10 tutorials.
1. Adding and Removing Buttons From Your Toolbar. We started out with the most essential thing in personalizing Outlook and that is the toolbar. Starting with the basics is the right way to start.
2. A Button for Generating Already Addressed E-mails. A super toolbar trick for when you are working in an office and emailing the same person over and over again.
3. Arrange and Add Separator to your Toolbar. A basic trick but you when you group your buttons your toolbar will be much easier to work with.
4. Create an Outlook toolbar button for opening a program. The same applies as the already addressed e-mail button; working more efficient is all about shortcuts.
5. Reset your Toolbar. Did you mess up with the previous tutorials?? This is a quick trick to rest your toolbar back to the standard settings.
6. Rearranging the Menu. This is again a very useful tutorial that knowing from the responses I got from this isn’t a well know trick. This tutorial is very very useful for when you are optimizing Microsoft Outlook.
7. How to Create a Distribution List. Very useful for everyone that’s working with outlook. Working quicker with Outlook can’t be done without creating e-mail lists for your friends, family and office department.

9. Automatically Include your Contacts to your Safe Senders List. One setting of which you will benefit in the future.
10. Automatically Archive Your Incoming Mail Into a Specific Folder. This is probably the most valuable tutorial of these ten tut’s. If you receive several accounts in Outlook this tutorial is an absolutle must use. I just can’t image how much time it saved me.
So that were the first ten Tutorials that we’ve discussed but I have several very good once planned that you can’t miss. We can now deep a little deeper in Outlook since we’ve discussed the basics enough now. But s I’ve said before; it’s all in the basics!
