Yesterday I wrote an article called Save All and Close All Commands in Word Including MS Word 2007 . Gisteren schreef ik een artikel genaamd Save All en sluit alle commando's in Word Inclusief MS Word 2007. In this article I showed you how to add the Close All and Save All buttons to your toolbar. But there is also a way that I didn’t think of but Erik Mulder did think of it. Maar er is ook een manier dat ik niet denk aan, maar Erik Mulder deed denken. Erik send me an e-mail with a pointer that it is possible to add a hotkey and it works practically in the same way as yesterdays tutorial. Follow these steps if you want to create a hotkey for the Close All and Save All commands. Volg deze stappen als u wilt dat het creëren van een sneltoets voor het opslaan en Alles sluiten Alle commando's.
- Click on the small down arrow to the right of the Quick Access toolbar Klik op de kleine pijl omlaag aan de rechterkant van de Quick Access werkbalk

In the previous version of Microsoft Word you just have to press the Shift key and hold it when you click on the File menu and the menu displays the Save All and Close All commands. In de vorige versie van Microsoft Word je hoeft alleen druk op de Shift-toets ingedrukt te houden wanneer u klikt op het menu Bestand en het menu wordt weergegeven op Opslaan en sluiten Alle Alle commando's. This is a pretty handy trick. Dit is een mooie handige truc.
But unfortunately these commands are not available on the Word 2007 Ribbon; you will need to add these commands to the Quick Access toolbar to use them. Maar helaas deze commando's zijn niet beschikbaar op het Word 2007 Lint, moet u deze commando's aan de Quick Access werkbalk te gebruiken.
The easiest way to do this is by clicking the small down arrow to the right of the Quick Access toolbar and selecting More Commands. De eenvoudigste manier om dit te doen is door te klikken op de kleine pijl omlaag aan de rechterkant van de Quick Access werkbalk en het selecteren Meer Commando.
- Click on Customize the left column. Klik op Aanpassen in de linkerkolom.

Hi all, today I have another Outlook optimizing Tutorial lined up for you. Hallo allemaal, ik heb vandaag een andere Outlook optimaliseren Tutorial te vinden. In general the only folder that I use is my unread mail folder. In het algemeen de enige map die ik gebruik is mijn ongelezen mail map. But I do use the other folders and mainly for archiving and organizing. Maar ik kan gebruik maken van de andere mappen en vooral voor het archiveren en organiseren. I use many e-mail accounts since I have for practically all my blogs and sites separate addresses. Ik gebruik veel e-mail accounts daar heb ik voor bijna al mijn blogs en sites afzonderlijke adressen. Per day I receive a pretty amazing number of e-mails that I all want to archive (if I don’t delete them right away). Per dag ontvang ik een vrij verbazingwekkend aantal e-mails die ik allemaal wilt archiveren (als ik niet meteen verwijderen).
Since I don’t want to move each incoming e-mail to the right folder I’ve set the archiving on automatic and with this I mean that I have Outlook set that Outlook places all incoming e-mails for one specific address like “vincent@example.com” in the folder called “example”. Aangezien ik niet wilt verplaatsen elke binnenkomende e-mail naar de juiste map Ik heb de archivering op automatische en met dit bedoel ik dat ik heb vastgesteld dat Outlook Outlook plaatsen alle inkomende e-mails voor een bepaald adres, zoals' vincent @ example.com "in de map met de naam" voorbeeld ".

Normally when you insert a USB drive into your computer you should hear a beep/sound and your USB flash drive should automatically appear in the device list of your computer. Normaal gesproken als je een USB-drive in uw computer moet u hoort een pieptoon / geluid en uw USB flash drive moet verschijnen automatisch in het apparaat lijst van uw computer. That is what should happen but sometimes it happens that your USB drive is not showing there. Dat is wat er moet gebeuren, maar soms gebeurt het dat uw USB-schijf wordt niet weergegeven. The most common reason that your USB drive isn’t showing is that your system assigns a drive letter to it that already is in use. De meest voorkomende reden dat uw USB-schijf wordt niet weergegeven, is dat je systeem kent een letter van het station te zorgen dat al in gebruik is.
I couldn’t find my USB Drive and this is what happened to me. Ik kon het niet vinden van mijn USB Drive en dit is wat er is gebeurd met mij.

Earlier this week I received a blog post with a really genius tweak from a blog where I’m subscribed too.
