New to the World of Office, XP and Vista Tips & Tricks?

You might have seen the forum link in the header of this blog but I can tell you now that after a lot of tweaking and getting things ready the forums are now live and accessible.

We worked a lot of hours to get things ready but now that it’s live, we and I especially are incredibly proud of what we’ve done. I think it looks really really awesome.

We created this forum for several reasons. As I wrote in the introduction post we want this to be the "mecca" for all your computer support questions of all sorts… a place to learn, to share, and to grow.

The second reason is that we have grown the last months with an enormous rate; we expect to have more than 140.000 visitors in the next month. Most people drop by, solve the problem that they came for and go away again. Some people get a free subscription with eBook and others only bookmark the World of Office (CTRL+D).

But we also receive an astonishing amount of requests for help. We always read the mails and we answer everyone but although we try to help out everyone; it already happened that we overlooked some requests because of the huge amount. The help requests result in a huge workload for all the people that are involved at the World of Office and the forums are a good way to ease the burden a bit. We will still be on top of the requests and we’ll help out where ever we can.

All the people that send us a request; we will contact you today or in the coming days with the question if you could please post your question in the WO Computer Support forums. The meeting place is still empty and it needs to be filled ASAP;).
