In the previous version of Microsoft Word you just have to press the Shift key and hold it when you click on the File menu and the menu displays the Save All and Close All commands. は、前のバージョンのMicrosoft Wordするだけには、シフトキーを押して、保持することをクリックしたときに]メニューの[ファイル]メニューで表示するとすべてのコマンドをすべて保存して閉じる。 This is a pretty handy trick. これは、かなり便利なトリックです。

Normally when you insert a USB drive into your computer you should hear a beep/sound and your USB flash drive should automatically appear in the device list of your computer.
