Combining Text and Numbers in an Excel Spreadsheet isn’t always easy.

Follow the next steps and you’ll know how to combine them.

  1. Create one column with the end result in cell B9.

  2. Create a second with the end result in cell C9.

  3. Select Cell B11 and type in the following formula: ="You won " & B9 & " times and you lost " & C9 &" times.".

Only make sure that when you type “="You won "” that you use a space after the “n” otherwise this will show as the end result “You won5 times”.

This should work in all the Microsoft Excel versions.
