And it’s Monday again, I hope you all had a great weekend!! My girl and I did, she had a bachelor party of my niche and I had some man to man time with my father and brothers back in my birth city. It was a great weekend and for a change without working (probably the first weekend in 4 or 5 months that I didn’t work. I’m not complaining though, I already had many days off, this is the biggest advantages of being a problogger;)).
Anyway I hope your all ready for some cool Vista Tricks and some pretty useful Microsoft Excel Tips and Tricks that I have lined up for you this week. Today I’m starting with a cool and Useful Excel Tip and Trick. We already discussed several Excel Formulas for how to deal with rounding the dollar values. Some of the financial related formulas we’ve discussed were 3 Ways for Rounding the Dollar Values in Microsoft Excel and an Excel Tutorial for Using the Dollar Function. Both these articles were about rounding the dollar values to 1, 2 or 3 decimals.
This next Excel Tip and Trick is for rounding a 2 decimal value to the nearest 5 cents.
-
Open your Microsoft Excel spreadsheet and enter your financial values into Cell A2:A10.

-
Select the Cells B2:B10 and type the following formula =MROUND(A2;0,05)
-
Than press “CTRL+Enter”

And that’s it. Now you’ve rounded all the values to the nearest 5 cents. I hope you all like this Excel Tip and Trick and ill talk to you all tomorrow. See You!!
