New to the World of Office, XP and Vista Tips & Tricks?

Here are a few posts the other readers recommend you check out.

As talked about in last Friday’s Excel Tip and Trick about setting your print area we are now taking it a little bit further.

The next Excel Tips and Tricks article is for speeding things up a bit.

If you are working in Microsoft Excel and you press the print button or hit CTRL+P, the print defaults are that you only print the Excel Spreadsheet that you are working in.

If you only work on one Spreadsheet this isn’t a problem but if you are working with let’s say 10 sheet at the same time this could be an issue.

There are two options besides opening and printing each Excel Sheet.

The first is go to file, select print and then select the Entire Workbook in the dialog box (or press CTRL+P).

The Second option is to select the first sheet tab, hold down the Shift key, select the last sheet tab, and then click the Print tool on the toolbar (or again press CTRL+P).

Now your entire workbook will be printed.

I hope you liked this Excel Tip, talk to you all tomorrow!!
