You always need to check the data that you put in Microsoft Excel. This isn’t any differ than when you are working with an other program. Unfortunately with MS Excel we are almost always working with lots of data which is most of the time numeric and most of the time it’s a lot of data. When you need to proofread or check the data this often revolves in being ‘blurry-eyed’ or word blindness.
Microsoft Excel has some great tools for checking the data in Microsoft Excel of which I’m sure you want to try it immediately.
In this Microsoft Excel Tip and Trick I’m showing you how to have MS excel tell you what’s in your spreadsheet.
We must first display the buttons, before we can use this Microsoft Excel Tip and Trick. In Microsoft Excel 2007 you’ll need to take the following steps.

Go to the top of your window and click on the drop-down menu.

Select More Commands.

In the Choose commands from list, select All Commands.

Scroll down and select the text-to-speech command that you want to use by clicking on them and clicking on Add.

And click OK.

Now select the data fields in Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet that you want to check in use one of the buttons in your top Quick Access Toolbar.

This Excel Tip and Trick works in previous versions of Microsoft Excel too but now you need to take the next steps.

Go to tools.

Select Speech.
-
And then click on Show Text to Speech Toolbar.

Select the cells that you need to check and click on the desired toolbar text to speech command button.
