Here are some tips to quickly change the Page Margins in your Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet.

In Microsoft Excel 2007

  • Go to Page Layout
  • Click on Margins
  • And click on the standard options Wide or Narrow

 

 

  • You can also adjust them manually by clicking on Custom Margins.
  • Than adjust them and click on print preview or OK.

 

In previous Microsoft Office Suits.

  • Choose Page Setup
  • Select the Margins tab
  • Adjust the margins as desired
  • And click Print Preview or OK
