This Tip and Trick isn’t only useful for Microsoft Word document but you can use it for lots of programs. The printscreens are made in MS Word.

It’s Monday again and where continuing again with the regular weekly tips and tricks. I hope you all enjoyed last week’s Excel Tips and Tricks week. I’ve received quite a number of enthusiastic e-mails from readers with how useful they found the excel tutorials. I really think it’s amazing and I want to thank you all for your support, it’s a real motivator. I’ve decided that we are going to have more Excel tutorial weeks. Microsoft Excel is without a doubt the most complex Office application so we have a lot to write about, we’ll have fun.

But today I want to show you another cool Vista trick and that is how to add Copy To and Move To on your Right-Click Menu.

Computer Tips, Tricks, Tweaks and Tutorials - Clean Up Your Vista Backups and Restore Points.Computer Tips, Tricks, Tweaks and Tutorials - Clean Up Your Vista Backups and Restore Points.Clean Up Your Vista Backups and Restore Points.

I showed you yesterday how what you needed to do when you want to make a backup of your Vista files. But that’s not the only option that Vista has for making backups. Vista has many new features for making backups. Vista saves the previous versions of your documents and the system state points which are part of system restore. These features are great and I’m glad we have them but they can steal a lot of HD space.

Today’s Vista Tip and Tick is about how to remove these system backups but I wouldn’t do this too often. These backups are not done for fun; I suggest that you only do this when your system is running stable and clean. If you have some system problems, don’t touch this Tip & Trick.

Did your hard disk die, got a virus or was your laptop stolen?? Now you whished you’ve backed it up earlier don’t you? First you should plug-in your external HD because you can’t keep the back-up on your C:\ drive (or you have to work in a network).

For creating a Backup schedule of your Vista files you’ll need to take the following steps.

·         Go to Start

·         Type in Backup

·         And press Enter
