WhiteSmoke, is it for Real? My Review of WhiteSmoke Writing Software 2010.
WhiteSmoke Update: Whitesmoke added several new features with the latest update that are worth checking out. There’s a very cool Whitesmoke video with the new features right here. They are not mentioned in this Whitesmoke review.
I've been a problogger/writer/entrepreneur for quite some time now and the thing that I do most is writing. The last couple of years I've tried several programs from simple dictionary software to “speak to write” software. And the results of all this testing… Due to the lack of better; I'm still using the Microsoft Word dictionary.

The Best 2008 Windows Vista Website.
Today I want to give some link love back to my fellow Bloggers and webmasters.
There are an unimaginable amount of weblogs and sites build around Office, XP and Vista. I have to add to this, that these are mostly more crappy than valuable.
The people over at the Windows Vista Club are holding a contest for the best Windows Vista website 2008. First of all if you don’t know the Windows Vista Club, be sure to check them out because it’s really a great site with very cool Tips and Tricks.
The final round of the contest is judged by a highly impressive team of judges.
The World of Office Readers – THANK YOU!
If you’ve been surfing on The World of Office the last couple of months it’s most likely that you noticed the banners about the Dreamweaver Video Course. They advertised on our site for 3 months.
When they were advertising here I was pretty interested in seeing the course, we work a lot with Dreamweaver and we have several pretty big webdesign sites.
When I was watching the course I noticed that the course was made for the previous version of Dreamweaver and not for the latest version CS4. It was still a very good course because the fundamentals where explained very well and the principles of that version and CS4 are exactly the same.
The Twitter for Software Contests Are Still Open.
I only have a small reminder for you today. The two Software contests that we held the last couple of weeks are still open. I kind of surprised by the low number of entries while Twitter is becoming so popular.
We’ll be contacting the winners by the end of the week so if you want to enter one of the below contests this is your last chance.
This is the giveaway of the Screen Recording Software and this is the one for the PowerPoint to DVD software.
Goodluck
We are Giving Away two Screen Recording Licenses, Tweet to Win!
Again the nice people of Wondershare are giving me the chance to give away a couple of free licenses to the World of Office readers. Last week we published a demo creator / screenrecording software review.
In a nutshell; Wondershare DemoCreator is a great tool to create Flash-based presentations, software simulations and online tutorials by capturing series of editable screenshots. It is so easy to use that even beginners can make their own demos without a hassle.
We are now giving away two free licenses costing $99 each to the World of Office readers.
This is what you need to do for it:
1) Follow me @promedia on twitter.
2) And simply tweet “Just entered to win free Screen Recording Software. Just follow @promedia and retweet. http://bit.ly/3wSVYo”
