Yesterday I wrote an article called Save All and Close All Commands in Word Including MS Word 2007 . امس الاول كتب مقاله دعا انقاذ جميع واغلاق جميع الاوامر بما في كلمة السيدة لفظة عام 2007. In this article I showed you how to add the Close All and Save All buttons to your toolbar. في هذه المادة تبين لكم كيف لي ان تضاف الى اغلاق جميع وحفظ كل ازرار الى شريط الادوات الخاص بك.

But there is also a way that I didn’t think of but Erik Mulder did think of it. ولكن هناك ايضا طريقة ان لم اكن اظن من اريك ولكن لم mulder التفكير في الامر. Erik send me an e-mail with a pointer that it is possible to add a hotkey and it works practically in the same way as yesterdays tutorial. اريك ارسل لي عن طريق البريد الالكتروني مع مؤشر على انه من الممكن ان تضاف Hotkey وتعمل عمليا مثلها في ذلك مثل امس الدورة التعليميه.

Follow these steps if you want to create a hotkey for the Close All and Save All commands. اتبع هذه الخطوات اذا كنت ترغب في انشاء Hotkey لاغلاق جميع وحفظ كل الاوامر.

In the previous version of Microsoft Word you just have to press the Shift key and hold it when you click on the File menu and the menu displays the Save All and Close All commands. في الصيغة السابقة لمايكروسوفت وورد عليكم سوى الضغط على مفتاح التحول وتحميلها عند النقر على قائمة الملفات وتظهر قائمة انقاذ جميع واغلاق جميع الاوامر. This is a pretty handy trick. هذا هو خدعة جميلة مفيد.

But unfortunately these commands are not available on the Word 2007 Ribbon; you will need to add these commands to the Quick Access toolbar to use them. ولكن مما يؤسف له ان هذه الاوامر ليست متاحة على كلمة الشريط 2007 ؛ ستحتاج الى اضافة هذه الاوامر الى شريط ادوات الوصول السريع لاستخدامها.

The easiest way to do this is by clicking the small down arrow to the right of the Quick Access toolbar and selecting More Commands. وأسهل طريقة لتحقيق ذلك هي عن طريق النقر على السهم لأسفل لالصغيرة الحق في الوصول السريع من شريط الادوات واختيار اكثر الأوامر.

Hi all, today I have another Outlook optimizing Tutorial lined up for you. مرحبا قبل كل شيء ، انا اليوم اخر توقعات تحسين الدورة التعليميه اصطف لك. In general the only folder that I use is my unread mail folder. وبصفة عامة ، الا ان المجلد الأول هو بلدي استخدام البريد الالكتروني غير مقروءه مجلد. But I do use the other folders and mainly for archiving and organizing. ولكنني استخدام المجلدات الاخرى واساسا لحفظ وتنظيم. I use many e-mail accounts since I have for practically all my blogs and sites separate addresses. أنا استخدم العديد من حسابات البريد الإلكتروني وبما انني من الناحية العملية لجميع المواقع بلدي بلوق وعناوين منفصلة. Per day I receive a pretty amazing number of e-mails that I all want to archive (if I don’t delete them right away). اتلقى يوميا جميلة مذهله لعدد من رسائل البريد الالكتروني بأنني جميعا نريد ارشيف (اذا كنت لا حذفها على الفور).

Since I don’t want to move each incoming e-mail to the right folder I’ve set the archiving on automatic and with this I mean that I have Outlook set that Outlook places all incoming e-mails for one specific address like “vincent@example.com” in the folder called “example”. وبما انني لا تريد ان تتحرك في كل واردة بالبريد الالكتروني الى الحق في مجلد قمت على مجموعة المحفوظات وتلقاءيه مع هذا يعني أن توقعات مجموعة لى ان تضع كل التوقعات واردة والبريد الالكتروني واحد محدد لمعالجة مثل "فنسنت @ example.com "في مجلد يسمى" مثلا ".

I Can Not Find My USB Drive In Vista. لم اجد بلدي في حملة USB فيستا.

Normally when you insert a USB drive into your computer you should hear a beep/sound and your USB flash drive should automatically appear in the device list of your computer. عادة عندما تضاف الى محرك الأقراص USB جهاز الكمبيوتر الخاص بك يجب عليك ان تستمع الصفاره / سليم وفلاش USB الخاص بك تلقائيا الى محرك الأقراص تظهر في قائمة جهاز الكمبيوتر الخاص بك. That is what should happen but sometimes it happens that your USB drive is not showing there. وهذا هو ما ينبغي ان يحدث ولكن في بعض الأحيان يحدث ان تدفع USB الخاص بك لا يظهر هناك. The most common reason that your USB drive isn’t showing is that your system assigns a drive letter to it that already is in use. السبب الاكثر شيوعا ان تدفع USB الخاص بك لا يظهر هو ان النظام الخاص بك يسند حرف محرك اقراص لأنها بالفعل ان يكون هذا الاطار قيد الاستخدام.

I couldn’t find my USB Drive and this is what happened to me. لم استطع العثور على محرك الأقراص USB بلادي وهذا ما حدث لي.
